Boy am I glad it's Friday! When my alarm went off this morning I thought "Ugh," but then realized it was already Friday and popped out of bed! Even though it was a short work week, it felt like a full one.
This morning I wasn't feeling entirely hungry yet so I packed my breakfast to go. While I prefer to relax and eat my breakfast at the kitchen table, I also prefer to try and listen to my body. It wasn't saying "feed me" just yet.
After settling in at my desk at work the hunger instantly hit me. I had a cup of vanilla Chobani with a cup of Optimum Blueberry Cinnamon with half a banana on top.
Moving on--For lunch I had two toasted ww pitas. I topped the pitas with that peanut butter there in the container, and ate orange bell pepper and watermelon on the side.
