Hello! Tonight for dinner I cooked up one of the recipes I have listed under my "Recipes" page; baked barbecue chicken with bell peppers and sugar snap peas, with brown rice.
This meal always comes out so tasty. It's one of Ryan's favorites. Anyway he'll get his veggies in sounds good to me =)
After lounging around for a bit and packing up my eats for tomorrow, I decided I was still a little hungry. I popped up my last 100cal pack of Kettle Corn. I'm going to have to remember to add those to the grocery list. I feel they're a great low cal, filling snack item to have on hand. Can't go wrong with tasty, nutritious, light, and filling!

I am so happy tomorrow is Friday. I have plans to meet up with one of my cousins at night. I'm looking forward to that; I haven't seen him in over a year I think! I hope you all have fun plans to look forward to this weekend too!
