I was definitely starving today when it came time for lunch, and that surprised me because I thought my waffle-sandwich breakfast would actually hold me over longer than the cereal. Oh well, guess you never can tell!
So for lunch today I eagerly toasted my ww pita, and topped it with sharp cheddar cheese and ham. On the side I had a delicious orange, a pickle, and some cheddar Goldfish. I haven't had Goldfish Crackers in the house for a while because they fit the binge criteria--see my "Triggers" post categorized under Ed in the right-hand panel, but everyday since starting this blog my binge urges seem to decrease more and more. Plus, I have the blog to hold me acountable for whatever I eat, so if I ate 500 Goldfish I'd have to post that! Needless to say, I only ate about an ounce with lunch.
