I am SO sorry. I knew yesterday I wouldn't be able to post my lunch until I got back from Father's Day festivities, but I had no idea that I wouldn't be getting to blog until after dinner tonight!
First of all, I hope everyone enjoyed their weekends and got to spend some nice quality time with their families. Before leaving the house yesterday to visit my family, I had a light lunch to tide me over. I ate some vanilla Chobani with banana, and a small bowl of Goldfish.
We also had dessert last night that I didn't photograph, but you know what it looks like because it was another slice of my mom's leftover birthday cake. Just as delicious the next day!
This morning I was back to my U cereal. I really do enjoy this cereal. I love the flakes and the walnuts and how all the flavors meld together. This morning I devoured it with a banana.
Per usual, mid afternoon I had my satiating snack of vanilla Chobani, today with a TLC Pumpkin Pie Bar.
Finally, I ended off tonight with some more Saturday leftovers (Sorry, there's just two of us and lots of leftovers. I hate seeing food go to waste!) I heated up some rigatoni with sauce, and also a fried chicken cutlet with sauce. I had a piece of Italian bread on the side with margarine.
All that typing about food has made me full and tired. Good night!
