This afternoon my usual yogurt snack made an appearance at lunch. Last night I stood in front of my open fridge for about five minutes trying to decide what to pack for today's eats, and nothing was popping out at me. Finally I decided that instead of trying to eat different things, I'd just switch the order around. Enter my yogurt at lunch.
Photoed is my vanilla Chobani topped with a few crushed pecans, an apple, some slices of red bell pepper, and a baggie of Goldfish.
Later on in the afternoon I ate my snack in parts. First I had a TLC Pumpkin Pie Bar.
Earlier this afternoon Ryan and I decided that neither of us would be cooking a formal dinner tonight (he's feeling a bit under the weather), so I'm on my own! Lots of times when it's just me for dinner I opt for breakfast options or simple pb&j sandwiches. I guess I'll just have to wait and see how the mood strikes when it comes dinner time!
