Alright, so I'm sure you're all wondering what happened with my dinner last night. Basically, I had been craving Cold Stone since the night before, but knew that pizza and ice cream would be too much for an early night. So yesterday when I got home from work I realized I was still thinking about the ice cream. Being that I was alone for dinner I started thinking about what I could throw together. I finally decided that I wasn't in the mood to eat something that I really didn't want just to say I had dinner; I wanted to eat what I was craving. So rather than loading on dessert calories, I just ate the dessert as my meal. I do not recommend this, and I rarely ever do this. But I feel like I can get away with it from time to time because I strive to eat as healthy as I can overall. And I must say, it was quite tasty!
So for those of you still bothering to read after that meal and that explanation, here's breakfast. ;-)
It's still rainy and gloomy here in NY, but the weekend is almost here so that's something to be cheery about! Here's to a quick work day, hopefully!
