I started off today really uppity, but my energy drastically faded somewhere around lunch time. A stomach pang hit me around 11:30, but instead of diving into my whole lunch I snacked on the pretzels first.
About forty-five minutes later I ate the rest of my lunch. I had deli chicken and a slice of sharp cheddar cheese on a toasted ww pita, half an orange, some baby carrots, and a pickle.
Finally, mid-afternoon I had my trusted snack of vanilla Chobani, this time mixed with some crushed walnuts. I'm going to try and make it a point to eat yogurt everyday I'm taking the antibiotics.
And of course, throughout the day I was sipping on a 16oz bottle of about 3 parts water 1 part cranberry juice. Still working on feeling better!
