My lunch was exciting today because it involved fresh Italian bread leftover from yesterday's dinner. It's always a little distracting to me when there's a loaf of fresh bread in the house, so I get it off my mind by incorporating it into my meals and not depriving myself of it.
I smeared the bread with peanut butter and raspberry preserves. It was so soft and delicious. On the side (I wish I had a plate to display it all on!) I had baby carrots, pineapple, strawberries, and a few grapes. The fruit still tasted amazing.
