Sorry to keep you waiting! I came home from work and immediately popped in my pilates DVD because I knew if I stalled at all there'd be a good chance I'd convince myself not to do it.
Today for lunch I had a varied spread as usual. I toasted up a ww pita and topped it with sharp cheddar cheese and ham. On the side I ate some honeydew melon that I cut up last night (expect to see lots of this over the next few days), the red bell pepper from yesterday that I never had, and Goldfish crackers. The Goldfish container was completely full, but I was starving and started to eat them before I took the photo.
When I opened the container I was impressed to actually be able to see the vanilla beans in the yogurt, but upon tasting it I became less impressed. It was a little too sweet for my liking, and it didn't really taste like vanilla. I ate it with a scoop of peanut butter and that made it more enjoyable.
Now I have to go hit the shower and get dinner started. See you later tonight!
