I want to apologize. I feel like I haven't been the most thrilling blogger lately. Do you ever just get in a down mood sometimes and can't seem to shake it? For some reason this entire weekend I was very blah, but last night I definitely broke out of my funk. I am feeling tons better today and am so happy to be over it.
So on to today!
Today I had the luxury of not going to work in place of a training I needed to attend. I attended this exact same training last year, but since then updates have been made, so I had to do it all over again!
I knew that the training offered "breakfast" and "lunch," but think pastries and coffee, and white bread sandwiches and soda. So last night I packed up a few things to eat during the day.
For lunch time I ate a peanut butter and raspberry preserves sandwich on Ezekiel bread, baby carrots, and an apple. I felt so much better eating my own food versus having to settle with what was offered.
When I got home I immediately went for my typical yogurt snack. I ate some vanilla Chobani with pecans, and drank my cranberry juice/water mix. Still working on getting better!!
